SALES PROGRAM FOR LOTS

Effective June 15, 2011, and continuing until further notice, Sun Valley Company is offering for sale residential lots in the White Clouds Subdivision on special terms and conditions.

Currently there are 27 single family lots available for purchase.  For a limited time Sun Valley is offering the purchasers of the next three lots a discount of twenty-five (25) percent off of the listed price.  The price list is attached for reference.  Further, if the purchaser of any one of the first four lots (next three lots) sold under this offer agrees to begin construction of a residence within 12 months of the purchase of the lot, an additional discount of ten (10) percent of the listed price is offered.
